2. Organise essential resources for the event

1. Implementation of the event while working as a member of a team
2. Carry out role as agreed with the members of the team
3. Interact with those attending the event in an open, helpful, positive and welcoming manner
4. Gather and record feedback from those attending the event
5. adhere to all appropriate legislation throughout (Health and Safety)

1. Written evidence of the event, photographs and videos.  (Printout of your presentation [6 slides to a page], Photographs of the actual event. Video of the event. Copy of poster, invitation.
